Our story
Built by operators, not just developers
InnoDeploy was founded by an operator. Before building AI systems, our founder spent 15+ years running international trade, wholesale, e-commerce and manufacturing businesses across the US, China, Europe and Latin America. Along the way he sold $15M+ in products and services, ran sourcing, manufacturing and quality control, and led international teams. He also designed and developed electronic products and the assembly and SMT lines to manufacture them, and took an eBay store from $0 to $1.25M in sales, making it #1 in its niche.
Along the way we learned where small businesses really lose time and money: leads nobody follows up, data typed into three systems, inventory nobody can predict, returns that quietly eat the margin. We fixed those problems in our own companies first. In one of them, tighter forecasting and returns control alone recovered $40K+ a year.
Today we bring that same practical approach to other businesses, with the AI and automation tools that finally make it affordable.
